# DemoWorld Mini — Standard Commercial License v1.0

The licensor is the operator of DemoWorld, identified in the legal notice on the DemoWorld product website. Lemon Squeezy handles the purchase as merchant of record; the product license is granted by DemoWorld. The licensee is the individual or legal entity named on that receipt. This paid license takes effect only after successful payment for a licensed copy; downloading an evaluation sample is not a purchase.

## Permission
For a one-time payment of €39, the licensee receives a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide right to copy, adapt and use the purchased version of the dataset, avatar assets and included code in any number of its own software products, internal development and testing, private development and staging environments, product demos (including hosted demos), presentations, videos, screenshots and marketing material for its own products, including commercial uses. Employees and contractors may access it solely to work on those uses for the licensee and must keep the package private.

Hosted demos may display the synthetic records and serve the avatar files and individual records necessary for their normal interface. This is not permission to expose a bulk dataset download, an export-all endpoint or the original package. Attribution is not required.

## Exclusions
You may not resell, sublicense, give away, publish or distribute the dataset package or a substantially equivalent extraction, whether unchanged, renamed, converted or lightly modified. You may not use it to create a competing demo-data, sample-data or dataset product.

Redistributing source data, seed files or avatars inside a downloadable or source-code template, boilerplate, starter kit, UI kit or similar product is NOT included, whether that product is paid or free. Template and boilerplate creators may use the data for their own internal development and testing, screenshots, marketing material and hosted demos of those products, but may not bundle the data in their downloads.

## Practical boundaries
The records represent invented entities. Names may coincidentally resemble real people or organizations. Email addresses use reserved .example domains. Avatars are initials graphics, not photographs. Do not represent this data as real customers, real revenue, testimonials or production user activity.

You receive the version purchased. A subscription, custom integration, schema conversion, support SLA, future editions and future feature development are not included. The seller's published defect/support and refund information and mandatory customer rights remain applicable. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. No separate governing-law, indemnity or blanket warranty-exclusion clause is asserted by this license.

If you redistribute prohibited copies, the licensor may require removal and pursue remedies available under applicable law. Other statutory rights are unaffected.
